The parcel was well packed and secured, shipped quite fast after placing the order as well. The email updates keep you posted about each step. There was a mistake in the shipping email (wrong courier name was given), but I wrote to customer care to clarify and they got back to me within a few hours. Overall thumbs up ! :-)
