Ordered a handbag which was delivered quickly and well packaged, lovely bag, unfortunately had to return this bag and was then told it would cost £11 to return, not to happy about this as I thought it was free returns and £11 is a lot of money. I did email with picture of receipt of posting, was told no refund can be done, but did put £11 on my account to spend on something else. I did order a different handbag as apart from this, overall service was good.
