I read a few negative reviews about this company but decided to give them a try and ordered a Michael Kors bag . It arrived and was damaged. I contacted the company several times with my issue . Yesterday another bag arrived as promised and in time for Christmas. I think the real judgement for any company is how they deal with you if you have goods you are not happy with or a complaint about them. In my case I can only say I was dealt with well and the end result was as promised. In spite of a few hiccups I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
