I ordered a pair of Uggs for a Christmas present on Tuesday 19th December and paid for express delivery, when my order hadn't arrived by the Friday 22nd December I rang your offices to be told that my order had been misplaced with the courier company on Wednesday 20th December but I was never informed, when I asked why I hadn't been informed of this I was told that you were waiting until the Saturday 23rd December to see if my order had been found and when I asked what is being doing to rectify the problem I was told that I could order another pair on Saturday but I would not receive them in time for Christmas. This is very poor business - I should have been made aware that my order had been misplaced the day it happened not 3 days after when it was too late to get another pair in time.
