My shoes never arrived and whilst it was a courier issue - it was not dealt with effectively until I repeatedly chased by email and telephone and by luck managed to speak to a manager.
The shoes are OK - and considering I got them at a sale price (though still £80) I don't mind the flaws (glue on suede - scratches on leather) but had I have paid full price they would have been sent back
