Ordered 2 pairs f boots, arrived very promptly, also wrapped expertly. They had been well looked after. Unfortunately one set of boots had to be returned due to a fault although I did ask for a replacement pair but got a refund instead. Second boots were fantastic and very comfortable. Everyone has commented on how different they are. Very pleased with both service and support
