Not happy with the no refund policy. I’d bought some shoes from Alderley, took them home to try with some trousers,they weren’t right so I took them back. I could only have a credit note which is rubbish. One of the shoes hadn’t even come out of the box.
I was informed there’s a note by the till stating no refunds. I didn’t see it, it would be nice if they informed you of this when you buy them. I’ve informed everyone I know.
