I paid extra for next day delivery. They did not arrive next day and when I enquired I told that there was an issue with dhl. This to me is not an acceptable response and I feel I should have been offer a small refund of the extra I paid for next day.
Constructively, in today’s market place customers expect free and simple returns process for online purchase rather than having to visit the post office and pay - most consumers don’t have time for this. I would hesitate ordering from Daniel again due to the inconvenience of returns.
The shoes were lovely and beautifully packaged, I just decided they were not my style.
