I was very happy with the assistance given over the telephone especially the lady in your
alderley edge shop, she re assured me that there would be an extension to the 28 day return period for Christmas presents,what was most disappointing both to this Lady and myself was that she was unable to take the sale and payment over the telephone and I had to go onto your Customer services to confirm this point and place my order,
I am an advocate of keeping the high street alive, your policy does not help :(
