I bought some boots online but was sent the wrong ones. I called Oliver at customer services who was very helpful. He went out of his way to track down the boots I wanted in the correct size & had them sent to your Wembley branch.
There was a few delays in this happening but after around Two weeks they got them. I had to make several calls to Oliver & the branch who were quite helpful.
Other than the delays in receiving the boots & the fact I was sent the wrong ones in the first place I was overall happy with the boot's & service.
