Ordered online two different pairs of shoes which arrived within a couple of days. Loved both but one pair too big and decided on a different colour for the other pair.
Returned both pairs & ordered new ones as above. I received the refunds immediately and now have two great pairs of new shoes in the colour and size required.
Process could not have been easier.
