Ordering is easy and the service is efficient although I made the mistake of paying for priority delivery (within 48hrs) on a Friday when goods are not dispatched on a Friday! Perhaps that could be made a little clearer or maybe it was my haste. Either way be warned! The shoes did not disappoint. As always, fabulous quality, beautifully made and oh so comfortable.
