the price was great and love the shoes. ordered the wrong size but managed to return them quite easily + ordered a new pair.
however im not sure why there isnt an exchange option when returning. probs would have been easier.
also they said they give freepost return labels i dont think i got one. also had to pay for the price of the box to put the shoes in when returning to ensure they werent damaged
