On your website, it was not apparent to me (at least until "after" I had made my order) that I could get a 20% discount simply by entering the voucher code provided on the product page.
Nevertheless, after payment of my order (without adding the voucher code), I contacted the Customer Services regarding the issue. Their response was quite positive - they applied the voucher code and issued a new bill for me with a 20 discount on the initial payment! Thank you very much for that!
