Excellent service.Recieved item right on time.Had a slight issue regarding shoe size but staff was so nice especially RACHEL who refunded the delivery charges and adjusted the 20% first time purchase discount on my exchange.Totally loved the experience was a very pleasant one .. looking forward to shop again in the future.
