The shoes came through in the post within 3 or 4 days of delivery and were exactly what I wanted and fitted really well. I have been shopping at Daniel for a number of years and am always really pleased with what I have bought there. I would prefer to shop in a "shop" rather than online and I was really disappointed that the shop in Loughton was closed (and so suddenly). I hope they re-open another shop in the future.
