I had a great service on my original call when I wanted to check the product details & a lovely lady went to the warehouse to actually view the product for me which I was very pleased with,
The product arrived but I received 2 on the same day & I was charged twice! No one could really understand why & I had the inconvenience of returning the item & I am still waiting for a refund a week later so although love the product I’m disappointed my bank account has suffered through no fault of my own
