Haven't even received the boots yet....however what I will say is what a great bunch of guys they have working there. I messed up my original order twice (wrong boots & then wrong size). Both gents I spoke to, one called Aidy, didn't catch the other gents, were charismatic, understanding and willing to go that extra mile to assist sorting my order. As a chap who sorts everything last minute on-line, I wouldn't think twice about recommending this company to do business with. Great staff create a great company, and Daniel Footwear have this nailed down - Good work!! P.s. if you get an engaged tone don't panic, good companies are busy!
