An amazing shopping experience from start to finish. The customer service and on line experience echoes the high end products that they sell. They offer a personal touch down to a card in the box signed by the person who has packaged the product which gives you a feeling of having a personal shopper experience. I have been shopping with them for years and own many pairs of shoes brought through them and have always received my items swiftly and in perfect order from the external packaging through to the box and my shoes.
