My online order arrived quickly, and I could conveniently return unwanted shoes to my local store.
I was however disappointed in the refund process, which seemed to take longer than other stores, and the email which I received, ambiguously stated 'Your order has been updated', with no other information or reference to WHAT had been updated!
Customers being left to assume that the relevant refund has been processed, is surely not good service?
