I ordered the product on a Thursday teatime and paid extra for the next day delivery as I wanted the shoes to wear on the Saturday night. I received a notification to say that the delivery would be on the Monday. I rang and asked why and was told that orders after 2pm are processed the following day and then I was told that they don't delivery on Saturday or Sunday. I expressed my disappointment and said I wouldn't have bothered paying for next day delivery. As a good will gesture they offered to and refunded my shipping costs. Product arrived in perfect condition and very happy with the shoes. Will order from Daniel again.
