5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have had a fantastic experience with Daniel Footwear. I ordered a pair of beautiful sandals which arrived promptly. Unfortunately the strap broke after a couple of wears - in fairness I believe this was an exceptional circumstance due to the recent heatwave causing the glue to fail. I contacted customer services to explain what happened and received an immediate and lovely response from Jerry, who sent me a prepaid label so that I could return the sandals for free. No questions asked. I was offered either a replacement or refund and because I loved the sandals so much, I opted for a replacement. My replacement sandals arrived in days. This has been the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. My replacement sandals are very well made and high quality. Absolutely perfect. Would thoroughly recommend Daniel Footwear. Beautiful range of shoes too!
