This shop is the best that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. We walked miles from St Enoch square to get there and arrived exhausted. We had ordered Ugg boots at a great price but had to go up a size - they ordered the next size up and got them delivered free of charge to our home AND when hearing how far we had walked, the owner of the shop did not tell us what bus to get or as we were we going to ask them to order us a taxi to take us back to the city centre - oh no he said I will drive u back to wherever u want to go - how kind - he drove us back in his own car. I honestly cannot recommend his shop highly enough - how sad that online shopping is taking away from the kindness of this lovey shop owner and all his helpful staff - thank u very much - u made my day u really did
