Arrived when it said it would, if not before actually. Really lovely packaging to make it feel very special to open. Easy to order on line and choose. Wish there had been a size in half sizes as have had to go bigger and think they are a little too big. One boot seems to be threading a tiny bit at the top. Only worn them 3 times. I do really love them and they are so comfy. I will keep an eye on where it is coming away a little at the seam.
