The ordering and delivery was fantastic! I was so disappointed though as I own many pairs of Daniel boots but have never bought a pair in the sale. The boots arrived & felt a good size smaller which was frustrating as when I went to return I noticed that sale goods are NOT free returns so I had to pay to send them back which was disappointing. However, I did write to Daniel and they did offer me a free postage label, but I had already sent them back.
