I was in Daniel in Hyndland recently (I think it was Saturday 14th March)to return boots I had ordered online as they were too big. The male shop assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. He made an effort to try and locate a smaller size for me from a different shop without me having to ask, and despite being unsuccessful in finding a smaller size, I found him to be enthusiastic and he provided excellent customer service. Apologies I don’t know his name. Great service and friendly staff!
