Ordering process was straightforward.
Unfortunately one pair of shoes was too small. I spoke to a member of staff to inform of my intention to return. She was very polite and helpful.
Correspondence has been good vie email.
Only small issue was with delivery. I was sent a text message to inform me of estimated delivery time. I unexpectedly had to go out so sent a request to deliver either elsewhere or to a safe place. Unfortunately the driver did not get this message and my parcel was undelivered and I had to arrange re delivery. It was a bit inconvenient. I had to wait in on 2 consecutive days.
