Recently ordered a pair of high tops ( arrived quite quickly considering covid 19 restrictions) which were too big. Exchange not an option so reordered in a smaller size & returned original pair. The second pair arrived within 2 days of my order. Impressed! Refunded quickly. Only given 4 stars as no exchange option - otherwise very good service and will use Daniel Footwear again.
