I provided incorrect Post Code for the delivery address and therefore my parcel got stuck somewhere. As soon as I saw that on Hermes website, I called Daniel Footwear - first person promised to call the courier to get the post code changed but as I did not hear anything back from him, I called again. A lovely lady, Chloe Patterson said she was going to call Hermes and get the Post code changed and then she confirmed that to me via email. An information appeared on Hermes website the same day later. As the information had not been changed on a Hermes website for the next few days, I called again to get an update. Although Hermes lost my parcel, I got another one sent by Nathan Turner who perfectly dealt with my problem (he even emailed me to get the correct post code) and I got my shoes on the next day ! I will definitely order from them again ! Great customer service and people ready to help you ! :) thank you guys!
