Dishonest - PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND GO ELSEWHERE I don't normally write reviews but needed to warn others of the dishonesty of this organisation. When I made my order in the branch, I made it explicit what I wanted and was told this is what would be delivered. However, this was not the case and what arrived was completely different to what was ordered. I went back to the branch to ask them to kindly put it right but they refused, despite me paying nearly £2000 and in fact wanted to charge me more to rectify their mistake! I spoke to Rajpal Jutla (who called himself the CEO - according to Companies House this is not the case) who was extremely rude and condescending even though he was in the wrong to which 3 other colleagues also told him the same. He should be ashamed of the way he spoke to me. I have contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau who have informed me that Consumer Law has been violated. I am now pursuing this matter via a legal route to stop this organisation from doing the same to others.
