Very prompt and informative communication prior to work being carried out. A little slower on response times once I had paid and work was either underway or complete. The personal data recovery was successful in every respect and whilst I considered the cost of the service very expensive what choice did I have? Cough up or lose the data. I couldn’t fault the service results but it’ll take me a while to recover from the expense.
