I am unable to cancel my subscription after going thru several different avenues which always leads back to the same thing. When you follow the steps it should send you an email to confirm cancelation. I have never gotten that email. I have tried those steps a bunch of times. I send email to support several times and get automatically generated emails saying to follow the steps. You cannot cancel once you subscribe. You have to get a whole new CC.
