I wasn’t well enough to return a graduation necklace that my daughter didn’t like and left it way beyond the refund window.
Gemma from web sales was so accommodating and said she would offer me an exchange, and patient with me.
I emailed a few rings my daughter liked online and even though one was out of stock in the size she sent me a similar link to a ring which actually was even nicer.
Wonderful customer service, I don’t usually give feedback but on this occasion Gemma went above and beyond.
