“We ordered wedding rings from the Worcester branch and the whole process was a shambles. The end result was the order wasn't processed by Keri the store manager, resulting in no rings for the wedding!! The store is apparently closing....good riddance!”

“I wasn’t well enough to return a graduation necklace that my daughter didn’t like and left it way beyond the refund window. Gemma from web sales was so accommodating and said she would offer me an exchange, and patient with me. I emailed a few rings my daughter liked online and even though one was out of stock in the size she sent me a similar link to a ring which actually was even nicer. Wonderful customer service, I don’t usually give feedback but on this occasion Gemma went above and beyond.”

“I cannot overstate the personal caring and compassionate service by Sam when buying my two rings. A £400 opal ring that was unique and very competitively priced, together with a bespoke wedding band. Quality attention to detail and being kept informed by Sam excellent throughout. It was initially a chance visit but i am so glad I shopped here. I made the right choice. Thank you”

“Ordered a Pandora charm as a gift, this company offered free signed for delivery unlike the main Pandora website who wanted to charge anything from £4! W When I received my package there was an added bonus of chocolate mini eggs 🤗. Would defiantly order from again!”

“My bracelet size was to big I spoke to mark he was very helpful in choosing the correct size and exchanged it for me and his colleague Louise made sure I got it on a weekend just in time for my mums birthday it fit perfectly great customer service and a beautiful bracelet !”
