Rude blonde woman approached me while I was in there with my family. If I could give no stars I would! Worst customer service ever, shop was empty it was me and my family only and the they doesn’t know how to handle issues and instead just avoid you. Waited half an hour to pick up an order which she keep avoiding me. Really unhelpful staff at this branch- took 30 minutes to serve me. Seriously???despite she was doing nothing in the store. I kept being ignored my wife’s bracelet was bought a week ago before I came from Abu Dhabi she doesn’t speak good English so she waited for me to go to the store with her. Too much money for piece of metal I don’t believe it’s real silver either the shop look very bad and DIRTY as I felt we are in a BAZAAR in some GETO!!!! Seriously how could this exist in London unbelievable.
