Took my BMWX3 to David Paul today. Devices not working when connected to the cigarette lighter, no phone or Bluetooth connection and radio not working. Greeted by Andrea at reception who sat me down and offered me coffee. Car taken into the workshop straight away. 45 minutes later, mechanic Karl came in to report that everything was working and a fuse had been replaced. He then sat me in the car and gave me a 15 minute tutorial on different apps and how to work them. He then fitted covers back on the car that he needed to remove to fix the problem. I returned to reception to settle my account. NO CHARGE was the reply. They wouldn't take a penny. Thank you so much David Paul team. Outstanding customer service. See you again when my service is due.
