My son had dropped an air pod into a void under the seat in my Toureg,thinking it was never to be seen again…
I Just popped in to the garage to ask whether it was at all possible to get access to the void..within five minutes I had the air pod back.Really friendly professional service.My husband already has his car serviced here,when mine is out of warranty I will certainly do the same 👍🏼”
“What a complete rip off.. £260 for some oil a filter. Had my car all day for a service and a check for any issues which they've charged £50 and it says in there summary this is included.. I feel sadly ripped off. And I'm taking it to fair trades to see exactly what as been done...”

“Biggest mistake of my life so far getting this garage to replace my EGR on my Audi A1 , not only did it cost more than they initially suggested ( I did agree to the new price once I had already dropped the car off) then straight after receiving it back it was rough idling at cold, then the coolant needed filling up (they charged me for filling coolant up) and then less than 100m miles later the car breaks down. According to the garage its nothing to do with the work they did............. AVOID”
