I was pleased that the shipping was free and it arrived quickly. I was not happy that you sent me 2 sleeves and only one battery and I ordered 2. The unit never produces any clouds of vapor and I wonder if it ever does. I have an Ariesa V tower and that works good but provided little vapor. I would not have purchased this if I knew it didn’t provide much vapor. I cannot tolerate smoke.
