“I love the design, it’s sleek and beautifully made. However, I have been unable to produce any vapor using IQ3. Wow, I do get a nice buzz, and the flavor is delicious at level three. Not once have I seen any type of cloud. So it feels really unsatisfying. I could use some guidance here. I am using your grinders your dosing pods and cleaning it after each use. I am using dry shake.
I use it in the morning on level three and again in the afternoon on level four. But I do find it unsatisfying. please help. I made a very big investment. I want this to be my go to device.”

“I still haven't received my IQ3. Not sure where it is and neither does the postal service nor davinci. I have 3 original micros and an IQ2. They are absolutely wonderful. If the 3 is just as good I will stay a davinci user but I will buy from a 2nd or 3rd party with reliable shipping. I'm am very displeased with their delivery method.”
“After having my latest device for only a few months, the lights would not come on when I turned on the unit. It also will not light up when charging, nor heat up when turned on. I have owned a total of six of your devices, and all but two have had some type of problem. Either the problem stated above, or not charging, poor battery life, or the magnet on the lid not keeping it closed. I am currently preparing to send the units back. “I love the airflow dial, because I had issues with vaporizers and coughing; this allows me to dial in what works for me (only available on some models though). I also like their prompt shipping as a company. I just wish certain things (the stainless steel capsules etc) were more regularly in stock, or there was a way to get notified when items/accessories/variants were back in stock. If there was such an option, I did not encounter it on the website.”
