I’ve been a DaVinci customer for a couple of years, and their craftsmanship is only surpassed by their excellent customer care.
Recently, I accidentally broke my hydro-tube, and the staff was caring and understanding enough to provide me with a replacement at no charge as a courtesy.
I also can’t rave enough about my Artiq and IQ3; they are, without a doubt, the best cartridge and herb vaporizers I’ve ever purchased.
Kudos to the DaVinci vaporizer community!
