Davinci VAPORIZER IQ2: 4 stars.
Pros- Ease of use, intelligent/ inovative design, compact/ concealable, unique features, works well, stays clean due to pods, removable battery, LEDs and haptics allow easy use in dark places/ night.
Cons- Slick metal exterior prone to drops. Could be pebbled or textured. I have and use the glove, but it blocks some LED lights and tends to twist around the body of the vaporizer if left in a pocket. The battery door catch/ latch is never a one time click and done - it must be fiddled with to secure.
*Regardless, it is my favorite portable carry vaporizer. I bought another after the first was stolen.
DOSAGE POD CARRIERS: 5 Stars.
Pros - Love the concept, idea, and likeness to the Vaporizer. Holds dosage pods securely without movement well. Like how it has and holds the accessory tool securely.
Cons- Pricey for a thin aluminum case.
CERAMIC DOSAGE PODS: 2 Stars.
Pros - they keep the vaporizer very clean and are a snap to switch out from a dosage pod case for another. Good idea/ design concept when used/ filled with the Davinci grinder made for them.
Cons- Lids don't secure very well and come off during regular daily carry in a dosage pod case or in the vaporizer. Lids tend to crack/ chip for no apparrent reason without being dropped or having any blunt force impact. Expensive for what they are and do.
DAVINCI GRINDER: 4 Stars
Pros- Solid construction, magnets hold together well and separate with reasonable force. Grind is sufficient to use in dosage pods designed for this product. Easy to use.
Cons- Would like to be able to vary or adjust the grind to get a smaller grind to better fit in the pods. It works, but it's more like a 3 out of 5. Expensive. Retail, this was not a cheap piece of gear.
WEBSITE: 3
Pros- Easy to navigate and good presentation and color photos and images. Easy to read text and straightforward.
Cons- You are always out of stock. Always. I have visited your website many times just to see when something I wanted came back in stock - and while it did, the other items I was intending to buy at the same time were then out of stock. Frustrating! I'm one of those people that would rather visit a location than pay shipping. I absolutely hate paying shipping and will combine as many of my order items as possible so I don't have to. I'll even buy extra to hit limits to avoid it. I've *not* ordered many times just because something I wanted wasn't in stock and retail carriers didn't have it either. Perhaps have a way for me to buy it anyway and have it shipped to a local dispensary? That would also solve the "Not allowed to ship to your state" problem. I had an issue where I wasn't allowed to pay for items in my cart - it said: "Your order Cannot be shipped to your shipping address" - I had to contact customer service to learn that it was due to state restrictions and not a card or post office address issue. I would've liked it to say something along the lines of state law - blah blah... because I left my items in my cart and tried for three days.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: 3
Pros/cons- responsive enough to answer my questions, but lackluster blase. If I took the time to look up and contact your company I'm less than 25% of people who have been a customer - had a reason to contact the company, and then actually did so. This intereaction will be the basis of my opinions which are shared online and in person. I'm not saying a deserve a reward, but a free ship coupon code or discount towards a future purchase goes a long way. And freebies are extraordinary and free marketing. I don't drink Barcadi or Jagermeister but wore their t-shirts until they fell apart because both companies gave me promos. I do own stock in both though. And met plenty of people who saw the shirt and commented on it. I gave both companies great word of mouth feedback.
