“This vaporizer uses 1/2 of the battery just heating up. Then you cannot finish a session without multiple batteries. The problem is that when you use multiple batteries it gets so hot you cannot touch it, let alone use it. With the glove and extra batteries this is usable, but not without. At the very least these need to be included…. Or you can make a better vaporizer without these problems. I have bought all of the da Vinci vaporizers and many other brands. This gets 5/10.”

“My new vape is not connecting to the battery properly. When I use the vape, it indicates no power in battery and shuts down. When I check the charge on the battery it is at 85%. I sent in an email, but have heard nothiny.”

“The MIQRO C is difficult to use mainly because of the inadequate instruction booklet. There is no instruction to remove the plastic battery cover that cannot be seen below the battery lid. Also, the instructions say to press the button once to find the battery level, and 3x for scroll thru the vapor path, but never state that the device should be turned on first. There is a separate mouthpiece that must be put onto the device for use, because without it the device is almost unusable. The vapor tubes are small and black and impossible to tell by sight whether they are clean or dirty. Having been spoiled by the simplicity, glass tubes, and single press button of the original DaVince Ascent, i find that this device does not compare well.”
“Customer service response time for questions/concerns/issues could be quicker if "Davinci" had the brilliant insight of hiring and staffing [a] living human being(s) at their office to answer DIRECT phone calls. It is not practical, intelligent or possible to run a well functioning business through robots and AI. Even a live chat room is not available! We want REAL PEOPLE and we want them IMMEDIATELY if we need to interact with Davinci. A 24 hour wait for an email response is NOT SATISFACTORY. You must in the blame the owner of the company for sliding down this slippery path of failure. Once starting an email conversation, there tends to be fairly good service, but this is not enough of a good business practice to retain customers. I blame the OWNER, not the employees who are courteous and kind.”
