“Customer service response time for questions/concerns/issues could be quicker if "Davinci" had the brilliant insight of hiring and staffing [a] living human being(s) at their office to answer DIRECT phone calls. It is not practical, intelligent or possible to run a well functioning business through robots and AI. Even a live chat room is not available! We want REAL PEOPLE and we want them IMMEDIATELY if we need to interact with Davinci. A 24 hour wait for an email response is NOT SATISFACTORY. You must in the blame the owner of the company for sliding down this slippery path of failure. Once starting an email conversation, there tends to be fairly good service, but this is not enough of a good business practice to retain customers. I blame the OWNER, not the employees who are courteous and kind.”

“I have been a customer of da Vinci vaporizer since the first product and have been a very happy customer until recently. You used to have the best customer service and with my company I have recommended numerous people to your company. Unfortunately, to get a new vaporizer when one is not working is very painful and not worth my time and effort. With that said I will no longer be doing business with your company as your customer service went from the best ever to now it's like you can't even get through to anybody. No one talks on the phone. It's totally unacceptable and the customer service Director should be fired . Again, I will never do business with your company and I'm very disappointed about how you have made to get a return so difficult. I am not the only person that feels this way and some things need to be done. You're not gonna have any customers. “Bought MIQRO-C. Cooked itself in a month. Bought 2 new quality LG cells. Made sure not to use high amp charger. Charges up in 15 seconds according to the lights and then lasts 30 seconds before powering down. All three cells react the same.
Pass through power also not working.”

“Charging port broke less than two weeks after getting the IQ2. Sent multiple emails to customer support & submitted a warranty claim; haven't gotten even one reply from them in almost a month. Phone number on the business card that came with it is disconnected (says it's a test line only).
I'm trying one last time with the support email on the card (different than their website). After that I'll just complain to the BBB & ask my CC company to contest the charge.
Vape itself seems like it's solid (aside from the borked charging port). Super sketchy experience with the company overall.”
