Charging port broke less than two weeks after getting the IQ2. Sent multiple emails to customer support & submitted a warranty claim; haven't gotten even one reply from them in almost a month. Phone number on the business card that came with it is disconnected (says it's a test line only). I'm trying one last time with the support email on the card (different than their website). After that I'll just complain to the BBB & ask my CC company to contest the charge. Vape itself seems like it's solid (aside from the borked charging port). Super sketchy experience with the company overall.
