Returned under warranty over and over. The first three times I had to pay. Next two times the company (Davinci) payed. I bought the vaporizer in April, 2024. (This is my third one from Davinci.) I've gotten approximately two weeks use out of it since then and it's now September of 2024. The IQC I bought has spent most of it's life in shipping instead of me sipping, awesome vapors!
