Davinci did not reply to any of several messages for a week when my device was supposed to be shipped but never was. When they finally reached out to me after the device was supposed to be delivered they told me that the color was out of stock but it still took them a week to notice and inform me of any issue. When they did offer a replacement color I asked for the device to be shipped expedited it has now been 2 days since that time and the device still has not shipped. I would recommend ordering from another retailer with better customer support. Additionally their phone goes to voicemail every single time
