Not the best customer service scattered and unorganized somewhat vindictive kind of insulted with the way I've been treated by the customer service team. My guide status in the explorer program seems to be meaningless having to make multiple videos and pictures and emails corresponding just to make a return although having no questions asked returns then being accused of not cleaning my vaporizer properly scolded talk down on this customer service team has a lot to improve on.
