Might be an isolated incident but one of the terminals on the battery case fell out of its seating when i took the battery out to charge it externally. That in and of itself is understandable...there are defects that happen. However, I still haven't received a response from customer service after reaching out to them twice. So, now I have a unit that intermittently powers down with no response from the vendor, other than an automated email from their ticketing system. Customer service is poor up to this point.
