I was very disappointed when my, less than a year old IQ2 carbon fiber (500$+) vape stopped working properly. I figured I’ll just call customer service, and they’ll send me a new one since I’m under warranty and have been a repeat customer. NOPE. They don’t even have a functional customer service line anymore, so I have to fart around typing my problem out to somebody via a chat line. I’ve had 4-5 back and forth emails that have complicated this whole process and as a repeat customer, I’m feeling very unsatisfied with the whole process and how long it’s taking.
