The product itself seems good but I have a few complaints. First it took 2 weeks to get the item when it was listed in stock and suppose to ship within 24 hrs. There is no active phone number to speak to a human and it took several days to get a response from the customer service email address. Then I was told the item was out of stock. Now that I received the item the iOS app is down and half of the accessories are out of stock. Hope they resolve these issues so I don’t regret my decision to go with davinci instead of pax.
